By law Four4th have to keep purchasing information for 6 years, after this time those details can be deleted. when 6 years have elapsed since your purchase, if you wish your details to be deleted, please contact us. Other than sage pay and PayPal, which we use for customer transactions, we do not share your information with any third parties. Sage pay and PayPal’s policies are available to view on their websites. Please note Four4th does not currently send any marketing emails to customers. However if Four4th were to do this in the future, we will contact you first to seek your permission.

Governing law
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Nebraska law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Nebraska. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Nebraska, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so. Four4th.co.uk is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Nebraska.
